Come Home To Cortese: Cooking Classes! We are very excited to offer the Italian influenced cooking classes with Chef Jerry Clementi from Cippollina's restaurant.
Classes will be offered on Mondays starting at 6:00pm. Classes will take place at Cortese Construction at 9074 Main St. Clarence, NY 14031. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class start time.
Hands on class to learn how to make the proper Risotto. Introducing a new Italian rice that will make your Risotto even more creamy and delicious it's one of a kind. Also making a budino di riso for dessert.
