Come Home To Cortese: Cooking Classes! We are very excited to offer the Italian influenced cooking classes with Chef Jerry Clementi from Cippollina's restaurant.
Classes will be offered on Mondays starting at 6:00pm. Classes will take place at Cortese Construction at 9074 Main St. Clarence, NY 14031. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class start time.
A hands-on class in our outdoor kitchen on the lovely patio, where you’ll make fresh dough, sauces, and homemade cheeses, all cooked to perfection in the Ooni brick oven—plus Italian beer to wash down your creations.
