Come Home To Cortese: Cooking Classes! We are very excited to offer the Italian influenced cooking classes with Chef Jerry Clementi from Cippollina's restaurant.
Classes will be offered on Mondays starting at 6:00pm. Classes will take place at Cortese Construction at 9074 Main St. Clarence, NY 14031. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class start time.
My family recipes for Sunday sauce and Bolognese, along with the Cortese family’s Pugliese-style tomato and onion sauce. All sauces will be served with the appropriate pasta, followed by gelato tartufo to finish.
