Come Home To Cortese: Cooking Classes! We are very excited to offer the Italian influenced cooking classes with Chef Jerry Clementi from Cippollina's restaurant.
Classes will be offered on Mondays starting at 6:00pm. Classes will take place at Cortese Construction at 9074 Main St. Clarence, NY 14031. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class start time.
The trendy new travel region famous for making pasta in the street burrata and orecchiette with sausage and cima di rape as we learn new dishes from this sunny southern region.
