Come Home To Cortese: Cooking Classes! We are very excited to offer the Italian influenced cooking classes with Chef Jerry Clementi from Cippollina's restaurant.
Classes will be offered on Mondays starting at 6:00pm. Classes will take place at Cortese Construction at 9074 Main St. Clarence, NY 14031. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class start time.
A unique evening dedicated to crafting trendy Italian fresh cheeses, including burrata, ricotta, and fresh mozzarella. We’ll incorporate them into delicious appetizer and pasta dishes, and use the ricotta to make our own cannoli for a sweet finale.
