Come Home To Cortese: Cooking Classes! We are very excited to offer the Italian influenced cooking classes with Chef Jerry Clementi from Cippollina's restaurant.
Classes will be offered on Mondays starting at 6:00pm. Classes will take place at Cortese Construction at 9074 Main St. Clarence, NY 14031. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class start time.
Join us for a look into the southern island jewel. We will be making classic caponata, Pasta alla Norma and homemade Ricotta for Cannoli. Right in time for Saint Joseph feast. Viva San Giuseppe!
